It can be used in the following ways: rubbed on wet 1kg meat and kept in a cool place for 50 minutes; to make lamb, chicken, mutton and beef more soft; for high altitude cooking where normal cooking is time consuming. Sparingly sprinkle it on top of the meat or use as part of a sauce or marinade.
